Cat food thief

The French aren't generally as kind to their cats as their Anglo-Saxon counterparts.   Several cats around here could use a good meal.   At least two fill up from this dry food hopper.   Recently, the food has been disappearing at a fast clip.   I came home late one night and found two baby hedgehogs at the trough: by the time I had found a camera, they had gone.   This adult was subsequently caught in the act early one morning.
